We have implemented within our organization a Code of Conduct which is part of its Corporate Compliance Plan, as well as the internal control policies, which fully complies with the international regulations involving Nova’s activity on its daily basis as well as its partners and customers’ activities.
Therefore, people who are part of Nova International, understand and comply with the entity expectations regarding how to behave in the business and work environment.
Whoever has evidence or suspicion of the Commission of an offence, or from the violation of any of the principles and values recognized in the code of conduct and policies of the entity must communicate it through our Whistleblower Channel. The entity will ensure the confidentiality of the person who communicates.
